The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 4 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Karur, Karur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Under such circumstances, the first respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report, within a period of Eight Weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
