O R D E R

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.19 of 2021 registered on the file of the second respondent for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 498(A), 406 of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2.The petitioner wants transfer of investigation for the reason that the other in-laws named by the petitioner have not been mentioned as accused in the FIR. In column No.7 of the FIR, the petitioner's husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law are shown as accused. I do not understand what more the petitioner wants at this stage. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) gives an undertaking that a positive final report will be filed definitely against the three named accused.
