Crl.O.P(MD)No.20246 of 2021 3.I wanted to know the materials based on which, the petitioner's name has been included in the history sheet list. No convincing material has been placed before me warranting such inclusion. Therefore, the respondents are directed to delete the name of the petitioner from the history sheet list maintained by the fourth respondent.
4.This criminal original petition is allowed accordingly.
