ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for Respondent No.2 that the interest amount, that is payable to the petitioner by Respondent No.2 is already paid and there are no dues.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the said submission.

3. However, insofar as Respondent No.1 is concerned, it is now stated that still an amount of Rs.13,967/- is payable to the petitioner towards interest, in terms of the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.12857 of 2021, dated 28.07.2021 and learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submitted that the said amount will be paid to the petitioner within a period of two weeks positively.

4. In the light of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed, directing Respondent No.1 to pay the entire amount of Rs.13,967/- (Rupees Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty Seven only) on or before 10.04.2024, failing which, the petitioner is permitted to seek reopen of the contempt petition.
