ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents seek time to file counter affidavit.

3. I am however inclined to dispose of the writ petition today (02.12.2022) itself. This is because the writ petitioner had already filed W.P.No.8327 of 2007 (O.A.No.2170 of 2022) and it was allowed by this Court on 07.06.2012. The third respondent is directed to act in terms of the aforesaid order and disburse the benefits payable to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
