When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that now, case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.15 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 406, 420, 204(b) & 506(1) of IPC. Hence, the petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
