ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the District Judge, Tirunelveli to dispose I.A.No.662 of 2018 in G.W.O.P.No.78 of 2018 on the file of the 1st Additional District Court, Tirunelveli within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of G.W.O.P.No.78 of 2018 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the Guardianship and Wards Original Petition in G.W.O.P.No.78 of 2018 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Tiruneveli, was disposed of by order dated 07.11.2022.

3. In view of the above, as already the Guardianship and Wards Original Petition itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
