Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take effective steps to get the unsold Plot Nos.30 to 38 from 5th respondent which is in Lakshmi Nagar Layout formed in S.No.46/2 situated at Nanjikottai Village, Thanjavur District and allot the same for public usage such as Park, Open Space, Children's playground etc., based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2015.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the official respondents to take steps to get the unsold plots and allot the same for public usage such as Park, Open Space, Children's playground etc. 2.According to the learned counsel for the fourth respondent, the unsold plots have been regularised by Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority Registration Certificate of Project by an order dated 09.04.2022. 2/4

3.In view of the above said order passed by the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority Registration Certificate of Project, no further orders are required. The writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
