PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Ka.No.1219/I2/2021 dated 06.10.2022 and the consequential impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.8693/E1/2022 dated 14.10.2022 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently directing the first respondent to provide an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and conduct an enquiry pursuant to the impugned notice issued by the first respondent dated 06.10.2022.

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, challenging the enquiry notice dated 06.10.2022.

2. Based on the enquiry notice, an order has already been passed. Due to the lapse of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. Moreover, the enquiry notice cannot be challenged.
