Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Pro.Roc.No.Ser.

7(2)/16870/2017 dated 19.05.2020 on the basis of the enquiry report of the third respondent in Case No.02/2015 in A1/118/2015 dated 16.07.2015 and 24.10.2018 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to provide the petitioner the attendant service benefits.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration today, Ms.W.Pamelin, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner do not want to press this Writ Petition and she wants to withdraw the same and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition. Accordingly, on the basis of the submissions and the endorsement 2/4

made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn. Interim Order if any stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
