ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- 1/3
The petitioners/A1 and A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(2) of IPC, in Crime No.215 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to property dispute between the parties, the petitioners and other accused persons attacked the petitioners with dire consequences. Hence, the case.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the matter was settled between the parties before the mediation.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
