ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the official respondents 1 to 6 to take necessary action against the seventh respondent for ex-communicating the writ petitioner and his family from 2/6

Sivanthipatti Hindu Nadars Uravinmurai on the basis of the writ petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2024.

2. Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 4 to 6. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the seventh respondent and other villagers refused to receive the temple tax from the writ petitioner for the temple festival to be scheduled tomorrow (28.09.2024).

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 4 to 6 would submit that the writ petitioner and the private respondent are belonging to same community and that the complaint given by the writ petitioner is pending before the sixth respondent. 3/6

5. The learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the writ petitioner's representation is pending before the third respondent.

6. Considering the above, the third respondent/Tahsildar, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation by giving notice to the writ petitioner and the seventh respondent and the other involved persons and take a decision today (26.09.2024) itself.
