ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/ Accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(1), 406 and 498(A) of IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution the defacto complainant was subjected to torture by her in-laws in the matrimonial home and her in-laws are demanding additional dowry. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocents, they have been falsely implicated in this case and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that trouble has arisen between the husband and wife. During enquiry, they have undertook to resolve the issue and now they are living together and the matter has become infructuous.

5. Recording the above said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
