ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to give permission and police protection to conduct the kodai festival to Arulmigu Muppudathi Amman Temple, Kizhapavoor from 23.09.2024 to 25.09.2024 by considering the writ petitioner's representations dated 17.09.2024 and 19.09.2024.
2. Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the 2/6
respondents 2 to 4. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that they have earlier filed a writ petition in the year 2012 and a learned Judge of this Court has issued instructions to conduct the festival and they have been following the same till last year.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 would submit that on the basis of the representation given by the writ petitioner dated 17.09.2024, CSR No.1040 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry was conducted and at the time of enquiry, the fifth respondent has appeared in person and gave a statement that they are ready to conduct the festival jointly without any issues.
5. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that they are ready to follow the instructions issued by this Court earlier.

6. Recording the same, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation in case of their willingness to conduct the festival by following the instructions issued by this Court earlier and pass orders today itself.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
