PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in SA 4465/A/2016 dated 25.07.2016 and the impugned letter of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.97, 98, 105, 106, 139, 141/ RTI/ADSP/HQR/DGL/2016 dated 29.02.2016 enclosing the letter dated 23.02.2016 of the 5th respondent in reply letter No.105/RTI/Dindigul District/16, dated 03.02.2016 and letter No.106/RTI/Dindigul District/16, and to quash the same and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to furnish the video record tapes without any editing which has been recorded during the petitioner's arrest and kept in the Kannivadi Police Station, Dindigul District on 09.10.2015 from 09.00 p.m., to 12.00 p.m.

, in respect of put up case registered against the petitioner in Crime No.364 of 2015 by the 6th respondent, as well as the petitioner's request letter given to the 5th respondent to get back his two mobile phones which was sought for in the petitioner's original RTI application dated 28.01.2016. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated 28.07.2020 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition appeared today under the caption "for withdrawal". 2.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
