O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.] The mother of the 19 years old girl has filed this habeas corpus petition alleging that her daughter, who went to the College on 09.12.2021 was found missing. However, the second respondent police has taken up the complaint in Cr.No. 467 of 2021, had investigated the matter and found that the daughter of the petitioner, who is major, fell in love with one Prijith of Oraiyur Village and got married. During the enquiry, the petitioner was also present and given a statement that since her daughter is alive and married a person of her choice and she is willing to live with her husband and mother-in-law and hence, she has not pressing the complaint.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent development, this habeas corpus petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
