On 10.07.2023, as there was no representation for the petitioner, this matter was directed to be posted on 17.07.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. On 17.07.2023, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case was directed to be deleted from the caption 'for dismissal' and posted on 27.07.2023.

3. Again on 27.07.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Again, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the case.
