PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi to dispose the Crl.M.P. No.4894 of 2022 in C.C.No.52 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi within time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.C.Jeganathan For Respondent : Mr.SS.Madhavan Government Advocate (Crl.Side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.4894 of 2022 in C.C.No.52 of 2021 within a time to be stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed the said petition in Crl.M.P.No.4894 of 2022 and the same is pending since long time, thereby, sought for disposal of the same. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner being the defacto complainant has filed the said petition seeking for further investigation. According to 'B' diary, notice has been ordered in the said petition and the same is posted for filing counter on 19.09.2023.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi to expedite the enquiry and dispose of the said petition, since the same is filed for further investigation, as quickly as possible not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 20.09.2023 NCC : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Yuva 2/4
