This petition has been filed to grant leave to file a review petition to review the Order dated 30.06.2025 passed in W.P(MD) No.16898 of 2025.

2. The correctness of the aforesaid order was tested before the Division Bench in W.A(MD) Nos.2168 & 2169 of 2025. The Hon'ble Division Bench, by its Order dated 06.08.2025, has already dismissed the said appeal, taking note of the order passed in W.P(MD) No.16898 of 2025. Therefore, there is no scope for granting leave to review the same.

3. In view thereof, this miscellaneous petition is liable to be dismissed, and accordingly, it is dismissed.
