2. In view of the present development, this writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the above said submission and endorsement, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal if at all aggrieved. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
