A memo has been filed by Mr.J.Jeyakumaran, the second named Counsel on record for the petitioner as he is unable to get proper instructions from the first Counsel on record namely, Mr.R.Prabhakaran, who in fact was engaged by the petitioner for filing this writ petition.

2.The withdrawal memo filed by Mr.J.Jeyakumaran learned second Counsel on record for the petitioner is recorded. After recording the fact that Mr.J.Jeyakumaran is no longer the Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is dismissing the writ petition for nonprosecution, in view of the fact that the writ petition is of the year 2016 and as the petitioner has not made any alternate arrangement for representing his case in this matter.
