ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, in pursuant to NBW issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai in PRC No.125 of 2003, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 447, 435, 395, 436 r/w 149 IPC, in Crime No.32 of 1994, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that the petitioner has filed this petition, only against the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai in PRC No.125 of 2003. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in SC No.26 of 2005, 16 persons were arrayed as accused and after full

trial, that case ended in acquittal. Because of absence of this petitioner and other some accused persons, the case against them was split up from the main case as PRC No.125 of 2003 and warrant has been issued against this petitioner on 05.012.2017. 4.Since, warrant is issued against the petitioner, the petitioner would surrender before the concerned Court and get the warrant recalled, issued against him, with proper request. At this stage, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise, as he was already released on bail.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
