This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1, 2, 3 and 6 to consider the petitioners representation dated 20.08.2023 and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct the 121st birthday function of former Chief Minister of Tamil nadu Mr. Kamarajar at usual Common Place of Veppanganipatti Village, Sri Siththi Vinayagar Thidal, Kalaiyarangam on 24.09.2023.

2. Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the respondents.
3.Heard both sides.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the request is made by the petitioner to celebrate the above said function on 24.09.2023 and the date is expired. Further, because of some objections made by the another community people, the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2023 was rejected by the third respondent herein.
5. Whatever it may be, because of some rivalry, Peace Committee Meeting was convened by the Tahsildar, Illuppur, on 10.08.2023, both parties appeared and resolution was adopted advising the parties to arrange the above said function in a private place.
6. Since the date fixed to celebrate the function is expired, this matter has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation by mentioning alternative date. Let proper 3/6
undertaking affidavit be filed by the petitioner before the second respondent stating that they will arrange the above said function in a private place and abide by the conditions to be imposed by the second respondent herein. On filing of such undertaking affidavit, the second respondent may consider the above said fresh representation.
7. With the above said direction and liberty, this Writ Petition stands infructuous.
