ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in P.R.C.No.2 of 2019 on the of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Melur. He is the brother of the deceased and also an injured witness. There are totally four accused in this case. Two of them are presently abroad. Therefore, the committal proceedings are getting delayed. The learned trial Magistrate can explore the possibilities of conducting the proceedings even through video conferencing. If the accused are presently abroad, they can appear before the Court through video conferencing. It is directed that the committal proceedings shall be concluded within a period of four months.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
