ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that her husband / 5th respondent is retaining her certificates as well as her belongings has submitted a representation and filed this writ petition.

2.It is represented that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a criminal case has been registered as against the 5th respondent in Crime No.135 of 2023 on the file of the 4th respondent for the offence under Sections 498(A), 323, 506(i) and 427 IPC.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation along with the details of the certificates and the household belongings retained by the 5th respondent, to the 4th respondent Police and the 4th respondent shall conduct investigation with regard to the same and if necessary conduct a search and recover the belongings of the petitioner by altering the FIR and proceed further in accordance with law. 4.The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
