ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members and not to interfere in the civil dispute based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has previously lodged a complaint and the same came to be registered in CSR No.798 of 2024 and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed, that a peace committee meeting came to be convened by the Revenue Divisional Officer and that subsequently, the petitioner has given the present complaint and on that basis, CSR No.1201 of 2024 came to be registered and the same is pending for enquiry.

3. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the private respondent and conduct 2/4

enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
