The alleged encroachers are not party in the writ petition. 2.The petitioner may approach the Committee as constituted under G.O.(Ms)No.64 dated 08.02.2022. In case such an application is received by the Committee, the Committee shall address the same in accordance with law and after adhering to the principles of natural justice, preferably within six [6] months from the date of receipt of this order.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
