O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and his minor son namely Lakshmikanthan aged about 7 years and limb based on the representation dated 09.10.2019 and 14.10.2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the wife of the petitioner is living with the 3rd respondent herein and he is threatening the petitioner and his son with dire consequences.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this regard, the petitioner already lodged a complaint and the same was enquired and closed.

CRL.O.P (MD) No.15847 of 2019 petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, , this criminal original petition is disposed of .
