Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12747 of 2022 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court once in two months, i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
