ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for seeking direction to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.32 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent investigating agency and consequently direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the 2nd respondent for furnishing false information before this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit the 2nd respondent has already completed the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2016 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.257 of 2020 and it is pending for trial. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
