Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned orders of the first respondent in Proc.Rc.1183/2013/E4 dated 01.07.2015 and the 2nd respondent in Rc.4528/2015/E4 dated 25.11.2016 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to refund the recovered amount of Rs.3,70,781/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Seventy Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty One Only) to the petitioner forthwith and pass orders.
