PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 4 to 6 to delist the property from the Registered property of the petitioner survey no. 1/2 measuring 2 Acres and 15 cents at Melakallankulam Village, Kariapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District, Tamilnadu and consider representation dated 15.07.2024 and pass orders within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 4 to 6 to delist the property from the Registered property of the petitioner survey no. 1/2 measuring 2 Acres and 15 cents at Melakallankulam Village, Kariapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District, Tamilnadu and consider representation dated 15.07.2024 and pass such other or further orders as this Court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2024 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted 2/5

under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
