ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Training Instructor working in the third respondent college, seeking a mandamus as against the Management to disburse part and final closure of 90% of Provident Fund to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 10.07.2024. 2.The petitioner has made a request to the respondent Management for disbursement of part and final closure of 90% of his Provident Fund. The second respondent herein has also addressed a communication to the third respondent on 19.07.2024, directing the College Management to forward the proposals to him. Despite the said instructions, the third respondent college Management has not forwarded the proposal to the second respondent. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the above said facts, the third and the fourth respondent are directed to forward the proposals to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
