The matter relates to a representation submitted by the petitioner on 30.08.2016 to prevent the grant of a license to the respondents 4 and 5 for running a fire cracker shop.
2. At the hearing on 21.03.2023, learned counsel for Trichy Corporation had submitted that the matter has been rendered infructuous. At the hearing today, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 also submits that the matter is infructuous.
3. By taking into account the nature of the relief prayed for and the efflux of time, W.P(MD).No.18084 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.
