ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to permit the petitioner to upload his SSLC Mark Certificate through the Web Portal of the respondent or permit the petitioner to submit his SSLC Certificate in Person and consequently, direct the respondent to permit the petitioner if he is eligible for the post of Grade II Police Constable, Grade II Jail Warder and Fireman.
2. Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the Government has taken a decision in this issue and permitted the candidates, who got eligible marks in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.22875/2019 the written examination, to participate in the subsequent selection process and the petitioner was also issued with a Hall Ticket for the Physical Test.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is directed to produce the SSLC pass certificate at the time of physical test and at the time of subsequent certificate verification. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
