On 11.07.2023 there is no representation for the petitioner. On 25.07.2023, it is represented across the Bench that the learned counsel for the petitioner is no more. Accordingly, Registry is directed to issue notice to the petitioner. The Registry issued notice to the petitioner through a registered post, but as per the Postal Department endorsement dated 02.08.2023, it is refused by the addressee.

2. Considering the endorsement of the Postal Department, the Registry is directed to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list today i.e., on 13.09.2023.

3. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the case.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.

5. No costs.
