3. The learned counsel for the first respondent/complainant would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, vide order dated 07.04.2021, had closed the case in S.T.C.No.215 of 2008 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.
4. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent/complainant, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
