PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in R.C.No. 22812/2014 A4 dated 11.06.2014 and quash the same consequently direct the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner along with back wages. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order, dated 11.06.2014, wherein, temporary suspension was issued based on the criminal case in Crime No.3 of 2014 for the offence under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted, by an order, dated 21.08.2017 suspension was revoked and the petitioner was reinstated back into service. In the meanwhile, the petitioner has attained superannuation on 31.07.2019 and retained in service, vide order, dated 31.07.2019 in 2/4
R.C.No.16916/2019/A2. The criminal case is pending for trial. This submission is recorded.
