Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.1008/Thiva/2016 dated 01.08.2016 on the file of the respondent No.6 and quash the same as illegal and to consequently direct the respondents to renew the lease granted to the petitioner to run a NAESEY SNACK KIOSK for vending Tea, Coffee etc., at Government Hospital, Kovilpatti for the year of 2016 to 2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

An order dated 01.08.2016, by which the request of the petitioner to renew the license to run a Naesey Snack Kiosk was refused, is challenged

in this writ petition.

2. Learned Government Advocate submits, on instructions, that the relevant Naesey Snack Kiosk was shifted in the year 2016 and that the hospital has put up other construction at the relevant location.

3. In view of these developments, considering the relief prayed for in the writ petition, nothing survives for adjudication. By recording the same, W.P(MD).No.18139 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P(MD).Nos.13082 to 13084 of 2016 and 6708 of 2017 are closed.
