CRL OP(MD). No.20217 of 2021 As per the compromise, the petitioners have returned the articles to the defacto complainant. On the basis of the aforesaid compromise, the petitioners are going to file a suit for dissolving the marriage.

3.Since the matter has been compromised between the parties, this matter need not be kept pending and the interim protection that was granted to the petitioners is made absolute. 4.This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of, accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
