COMMON ORDER By this common order, these two Writ Petition are taken up for hearing at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

2. In these two Writ Petitions, the petitioner has prayed for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to pass an order on the respective rectification applications filed on 01.08.2025 and 30.07.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent submits that the applications filed for rectification of the respective assessment orders by the petitioner on 01.08.2025 and 30.07.2025 will be considered and disposed of on merits within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the above submissions, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of by directing the respondent to pass an appropriate order on merits within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to 2/4
