ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry based on the writ petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2024 within time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent has not received any representation from the writ petitioner.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner sent a representation through registered post and also enclosed the postal receipt.

However, the writ petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the respondent(s) in the writ petitioner's representation and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
