To call for the records from the Courts below and set aside the Decree and Judgment in A.S.No.97 of 2012 on the file of the Learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli, dated 21.01.2013 confirming the Decree and Judgment in O.S.No.490 of 2006 on the file of the Learned II Additional District Munsif, Tirunelveli dated 23.04.2012 by allowing this second appeal.
