ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.382 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Considering the nature of the allegations in this case that the petitioner is said to have been involved in this case along with the other accused, from whom, 23 kilograms of Ganja had been recovered, and considering the fact that the earlier anticipatory bail applications also having been dismissed as against the petitioner, and considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) that there are materials in the form that the petitioner had deposited money into the account of the other accused, and also considering the fact that inspite of forming a special team, the police personnel are unable to nab the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. 2/3
