PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 17.04.2024 and further direct the 2nd and 3rd 1/5
respondents to be abstained from granting approval to the post of Commerce High Secondary Teacher in 4th Respondent, if the same brought before them without following due process of law.

ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by an aspirant to the post of PG Assistant Teacher in the Commerce department in the fourth respondent school, seeking a mandamus as against the respondents 2 and 3 from granting approval to the post of Commerce Higher Secondary Teacher in the fourth respondent school, in case, if they receive any proposal from the school Management. 2.A perusal of the affidavit reveals that in an interview is said to have conducted by the fourth respondent Management, a teacher namely M.Muthuramalingam has been appointed. However, from the records, it could not be seen whether the name of the said M.Muthuramalingam has been forwarded by the fourth respondent school Management to the educational authorities for approval or not.

3.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the said successful candidate is not qualified to be appointed as PG Assistant. 4.The prayer as sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted. However, the authorities are directed to verify the credentials of the successful candidate, in case, if any proposal reaches the authorities. 5.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
