Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in proceedings Koppu No. 9500-Sa-18-TNSTC-TVL-2023 dated 29.04.2025 and consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings No. D.9500-Sa-18-OoNaPi.TNSTC.TVL-2023 dated 12.11.2024 are illegal and quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to provide all the monetary benefits to the petitioner within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be granted liberty to raise an industrial dispute before the competent forum as against the punishment imposed by the original authority, which was confirmed by the appellate authority.

2. In view of the above request, this writ petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to raise an industrial dispute before the competent forum in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
