M.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.DINESH BABU Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to call for the records of the detention order of the 2nd Respondent in proceedings in No.64/BCDFGISSV/2019 dated 20.09.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to produce the detenue namely Mr.Sivamani, aged 23 years, son of Karuppiah before this Hon'ble High Court who is detained at Central Prison, Madurai and set him at liberty and pass such further or other orders.
