This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 24.07.2021, wherein, the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta in his name,

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation given by the petitioner was already considered by the third respondent and that a response will be given to the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to respond to the representation made by the petitioner on 24.07.2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
