ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions from the Tahsildar, Kadavur Taluk categorically stated that the proposed road is to be laid only on cart track (Survey No.1699) and not on Aathuvari poramboke. 2.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
