ORDER
This Writ petition has been filed against the proceedings of the Impugned order in Na.Ka.No.199054/Crime 3(1) 2015 dated 30.11.2015, on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and further directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action against the 4th and 5th respondents based on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.09.2015. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Ibrahim made a complaint against the petitioner and the same was registered in Crime No.233 of 2013 and also another complaint has been laid against the petitioner in Crime Nos.28 of 2012 and 338
of 2013. Now, in all the cases, the investigation is completed and final reports have also been filed before the concerned Court and the trial is yet to commence. In the said circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks relief before this Court.
3.At this juncture, this Court feels that the petitioner's grievance can be addressed only after the result of the trial proceedings. It is open to the petitioner to file appropriate application after the outcome of the trial proceedings. 4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
